After the included Job Application Support period ends, additional months may be purchased at $250 per month. Extended support includes weekly meetings with a dedicated mentor, job application strategy sessions, referrals, and salary negotiation support.

Please note that our program will do our best to support you, but does not and cannot guarantee a certain compensation level or position seniority.

Option 1

Deferred Payment

$250 × 5 months and 10% of base salary for 24 months in case of success.

Example:

If the new salary is $100K per year, our success fee is $833.33 × 24 months = $20K.

Terms:
  • Success is defined as a new job in the US, Canada, EU, UK, or other developed countries
  • Available only for backend or full-stack developers with 4+ years of experience
  • 5 months of education & 2 months free job application support
  • You can cancel during the first month

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I need to pay Outtalent during the program?

You will need to continue paying Outtalent for all weeks of required tasks, and until you get resume approval, pass the final behavioral mock, and pass the final coding mock.

If you are unable to complete all approvals during the program, payments will continue until you do. Please make sure to finish everything on time and don't delay!

Do I need to pay further if I haven't got approvals for CV / Behavioral and Coding after 20 weeks?

Yes, if you aren't able to get your approvals on time, the payments will continue until you receive them and graduate from the program.

What happens after completion of the whole program? (20 weeks)

After successfully completing the program and passing all required stages (behavioral, resume, coding), you can start your applications to land your dream offer! We'll support you throughout the process and provide referrals wherever we can.

Also, instead of weekly check-ins with your guide, you will have them with another incredible mentor who specializes in job applications and interviews for 2 months.

For how long will Outtalent refer me for free?

We will provide you with referrals for 2 months after 20 weeks of the program, along with weekly calls with your new job application support mentor. If you'd like to continue that support beyond 2 months, additional months will cost $250 each.

The earlier you receive approvals for your resume, behavioral, and coding stages, the more support and referrals you'll receive from our side. The program lasts 20 weeks, but you have the opportunity to graduate in 13 weeks and get referrals for 3.5 months.

What if I don't get an offer in those 2 months?

Statistically, fellows receive offers within 3 months after graduation, which is why we provide 3 months of support for those who complete the core program on time, and 2 months in case of delays.

If you still don't get an offer during the included support period and need additional help, you can buy extra months of support. This includes weekly meetings with a dedicated mentor, 1-1 sessions for job application strategy, referrals, and salary negotiation support.

Can I pause my participation? Can I join a later batch? How will the payments work?

There is no option to pause the program. You can either join a new batch from where you stopped or start from the very beginning.

However, you will need to continue payments from that week until the end of the program and successfully complete it. Previous payments will not be counted.
