Outtalent is a career accelerator.
It is an online interview preparation program for software engineers.
The program is meant to give the most important information, skills, and support to get great job offers within a few months and exclude everything that's not necessary.
It works best at succeeding in interviews at Google, Meta, Amazon, and Uber, but our graduates also get offers at Apple, DeepMind, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Palantir, Reddit, Snap, Stripe, TikTok, and other such leading tech companies.

Pricing Options
Option 1 - Success-Based Fee
You pay 10% of base salary for 24 months, but only if you get the job you wanted.
Example:
If your salary is $100K per year, you pay $833.33 per month, totaling $20K overall.
You fully keep your relocation bonus, sign-on bonus, annual bonuses, and all stock compensation.
Terms:
- Only for backend or full-stack developers
- Only for experienced developers (4+ years of experience)
- A $1000 commitment fee
- Need to pass our technical and communications vetting
- Maximum chance of success
Option 2 - Monthly Subscription
You pay $1500 per month
You can cancel anytime, or stay as long as you want.
Education period before application lasts up to 3 months.
Job application can last 3 months or longer, highly dependent on uniqueness of the case.
Terms:
- Any software engineer can join
- Any experience level is welcome
- No commitment fee
- No payments after getting a job
- No need to pass our technical and communications vetting
- Maximum flexibility in pricing
People paying either of the options are mixed within the same group and receive the same quality and speed of our services.
